Account ist weg

Ich habe mich kurz aus dem spiel ausgeloggt und danach gleich wieder ein. Ich habe ein Dorf verloren wird mir gesagt.
Ich habe aber mehrere Dörfer und habe Monatelange Arbeit reingesteckt. Wo ist mein Account und meine Dörfer hin?
Ich bitte um schnelle Hilfe
