I was drawn in the players' draw for this sophisticated strategy game to win a prize to celebrate the launch of a new folder called 100 Years of War.
But here I have a problem because I can't or haven't received the promised prize (packs of cards).
Please if you can help me how to get the prize.
As proof, I am sending you a picture (screen cut) showing that I have been drawn for the prize.
