Problems migrating my account from a cellphone to desktop

I started playin on my cellphone in Global Realm 8, but now that I have installed the game on my desktop, I am having several different problems.
1- I can't even find Global Realm 8 to log into. It's not even on the list of options.
2- despite playing on a 42 inch 4k monitor, it's the same size as if I were playing on my cellphone.
Any help would be great.
