Honor bonus for uncovering stashes not going up on UK11

It is day 12 on the UK11 server and the honor bonus for uncovering stashes is not going up

My last 5 are 40, 30, 20, 40 and 30.

The honor bonus is supposed to ramp up to the 500 range, at which point banquet goods are available is stashes.

This server is not operating like previous servers.

This bonus for uncovering a stash is dependent on how many times stashes have been uncovered in that parish, it has nothing to do with time or with banqueting goods being available. This is working normally, it is simply that the stashes have not yet been uncovered enough times.
