Login on USA7 Using Facebook

I have been getting a login error stating "Login using this browser is currently unavailable". I use facebook to login, I have never had a problem in the past. Last time I was able to login was 25 March in the evening, went to work and returned home and have been unable to login since then. Submitted trouble ticket with no response. Is this a game wide issue? Any time frame when it will be resolved? Thanks for the help, Ruttgard

I did contact support by putting in a ticket and I did put it in English, still no response and still not able to log in. What's being done to fix the issue?
