Hello.
I've played for long, and didn't change my Coat of Arms picture for more than an year. Now, I see it as empty. When I login into my account and Coat-of-Arms editor, there I can see it unchanged. And in game, I see only empty shield.
Is it a temporarily bug, or I should do smth with that?

Interesting as I have also noticed the same empty coat of arms for the player next to me as well. I just thought he changed it but now I suspect not.
So all I can say, it seems you are not alone with this issue.
