Can’t take 3 village

Can’t take 3 village

maybe someone can help me, I have a rank 15, 3 captains in my village but when I try to conquer the third village the app doesn't allow me the conquer option, all the other options are available but if I select conquer the go doesn't work. I have the leadership research and all the other requirements to take the third
