Raze Ability

Hey guys,

I got level 16 (knight) know, but for some reason there is no possibility to raze villages if I want to send an army with an captain.
Is this a special thing about Global Conflict? Usually you get the ability by reaching "knight", or am I wrong?

You can raze at the rank of Earl
