If it's from your own villa to another villa you own, you can either recall them to the originating villa by pressing the "i" button and sliding the amount of troops to the right-hand side to recall them or you click on the villa on the map that the troops are stationed in and use your troops to attack from there.

If you send troops to another players' villa, you cannot recall them but you can use them to attack from that players' villa.
