Firstly welcome back! :D

Now for the nitty gritty:
  • If you have a premium card in play, I'd move the stockpile further to the left and closer to the Quarries.
  • Move the Fletcher right next to the stockpile.
  • Move the Granary and all Food Production to the right, squash them in as much as possible around the Granary.
  • Move the Hops Farm + Inn either to the top middle, or inbetween Quarries and Iron.
  • Squash your Quarries as close to each other as you can get.
That should increase your space, generate more stone, food and bows.
