New feature of this AI world

Hello,
A new feature appeared in the AI world last week.
Players cannot attack AI from their village, which has peacetime.

But no information about this appeared on the forum?
Admins, please tell us if this rule now applies to all new AI worlds?

and also, is there any difference for which players the ban applies?
or a beginner from the first day will not be able to kill AI in peacetime, along with another player but with the rank of prince?

Maybe it's changed back again...this player has 8hrs 6mins peacetime left on villa and managed to be able to attack something/one
