Strange Behavior in this world.

I have seen two strange behavior in this world.
1. I am in one parish that was full of rats, then one pig took villa of one player. when this pig sent charter it appears rat castle.
2. after few days no. of pig castle overcomes no. of rat castles like 1:2 and then i cleared one pig and next charter sent by rat appears as pig.
So what is program or logic written for that ?
