My Parrish has no army how can I send it troops?

You can build an archery range to recruit archers. There are also buildings for other unit types Pikeman's drillyard (pikemen), combat arena (swordsmen), siege workshop (catapults).
You can also send troops from your villages to the parish, as reinforcements (green army). These troops will add up to the parishes army.
Make sure you have enough army size on your parish. To increase army size, place barracks. You can also place supply depots, to increase the speed of your parish army.

On the PC version, you can also just click on the parish on the world map and select the green "Send Troops" button. Those troops are sent from your village and automatically become the parish's troops. They can be of any type, even of types that the parish can not build.
If you want to build barracks, archery range, drill yard, and such, then you will need to collect enough flags and gold to pay the building costs. These are expensive and most player will resort to stealing them from other players parishes.
