Bugged Inn and ale rations

For the entire time I have been playing this realm, ale will not accumulate in the inn unless I have zero ale rations even though I am producing enough ale to cover high rations. I’m addition the popularity gained from ale rations will not go above 4 no matter how high the rations are placed or how many villagers I have. This is exceedingly frustrating. Does anyone else have this issue? I’ve placed a ticket but it’s been a month and no reply...
