Too many peasants

I abandoned ! of my 2 villages and now it looks like all those villagers moved to my other one,,,but they are not shown as inactive which is causing me all sorts of problems..is there a way to fix this?

Just tax them a lot and don't feed them. They will eventually leave

Or just convert to peasants and send them attacking
