County Votes

Question

If you move into a county as a knight and don't control a parish until votes drop at 8AM server .... will the parish you take when votes come in also have county votes? Or do you have to control a parish before votes come in for county votes to show up?

Never ran into this issue before so am curious

You have to own the parish before the votes drop to be able to vote in the county
