patch/changes notes for different world - known issues stat

I love to see a section on the wiki about:
patch notes or changes done to different worlds - Advanced notice before implementation on test/"beta" would be lovely.
Known issue/glitches/bugs - update on there status if there being reported/addressed, been fixed or is to much bother to deal with and is just something you have to get use to.
