you need to add speed in this world map to make moving easier between far countries

Maybe instead of adding speed, the distances will be much smaller. Like it will probably take same amount of time in the Britain map going from northern Scotland to London, as the time it'll take to go from EEUU to Germany in the world map. (just speculation!)

This is all speculation, so we'll have to see how it is ingame instead of asking for things beforehand!
