We are comparing age 1 stats here (unless I missed a way to boost the bonuses from decoration buildings). All of mine are as close to the hall as possible and I get 180 tops.

I give no * about banqueting buildings and to be honest it does nothing for me. I gather honor by farming AI and passively. As I stated in my picture that the village was not completed yet.
