can't login

Hi can some help me
i got this message "login failed: there is a problem connecting to login server"
i have reinstall but nothing change
can some one tell what to do

I have the same problem when i play on world 1 or other all is good but when i want to play on world 2, a message appear with "user connection error" or "
Exceeded connection time" only when i am connecting on the world 2.
I have clean my DNS, unistall and install stronghold but there is no change.
The bug has beginning on tuesday at probably 18:00.
Please help me
