accessing new village query

bought a charter for a new village this is my 5th village my other 4 villages are in the parish of llantwit major glamorgan. my new village is the same county different parish rihad, i try accessing it but the grey bar shows my existing 4 villages but not the new village tried everything to access it obviously i am doing something wrong

just restart the client sometimes when i buy charters i get the village even my coat of arms in on it but i can go into it
