I had 17 when I reached Duke on this world . I got my last 10 within about a week after that. I didn't use them all at once though, I did like 9 right when I hit Duke then the other 8 the next day when my wife was awake to wish me luck .

lol cool. I never checked but what is the max spins you can get per world?

27 if you do every quest

some of them, like the disease one, are pretty bloody hard to do on a standard world.. fortunately disease is rampant on domination so that wasn't that difficult
