A quick snapshot of the various houses and the shape of the race, Early A.M., Day 10 (so about 15-16 hours ago):

(I have no info on wars or alliances, nor will I be providing any cool screenshots of the map. I undoubtedly got a least 1-2 things wrong.)

h16 - 49,506 glory
Composed of only 2 factions. 38 members total.
1 Duke (14 villages), 1 Marquis (10 villages), 6 Viscounts, 3 Barons, 2 Knights, assorted lower ranks.
Holds 2 of the 14 Kingships (Connacht and Ulster), 9 Governorships, and 27 Sheriff seats.

h17 - 33,284 glory
The server's only Prince (19 villages), 1 Earl (7 villages), 2 Viscounts, 3 Knights.
Holds 2 Kingships (New Caledonia and Northumbria), 5 Governorships, and 15 Sheriff seats.

h6 - 18,194 glory
1 Marquis (13 villages), 1 Knight.
Holds 1 Kingship/Governorship (The Highlands), 6 Sheriff seats.

h10 - 9,508 glory
1 Viscount, 2 Barons, 3 Knights.
Holds 4 adjacent Governorships (parts of Wales, Wessex, Mercia, and East Anglia), 13 Sheriff seats

h18 - 5,348 glory
4 Barons, 1 Knight. Holds 7 Sheriff seats.

h2 - 5,300 glory
2 Viscounts, 1 Baron, 1 Knight. Holds 1 Governorship, 5 Sheriff seats.

The other 14 Houses COMBINED ~22,700 glory (from 828 to 2720 each)
(including houseless:) 2 Viscounts, 11 Barons, 11 Knights. 16 Sheriff seats.

Still open
9 Kingships, 8 Governorships, 24 Sheriff seats, and the overwhelming majority of Stewardships.

I would say that at this point the majority of the "serious" players (obviously open to interpretation), even in the leading houses, range between Thane and Page.
The true "Heavy Carders" probably only number somewhere between 50 and 100, out of over 10k total players, but they are responsible for ~75% of all the glory generated thus far.

Finally, based on what little I have seen directly, I would guesstimate that there are already over 1000 inactive players on the server. Maybe over 2000 ...

I'm seeing that too, so Parishes will be easy Walk ins to take when ready...(Just wish my wife would give me some money to buy cards. )

H16 controlled 9 kingships H6 only 4, now its H6 10-3 H16 (whatever happened to Mercia)
