Day 261

East vs West still in full bloom

Background
H1/H16 & H9/H19 merged making them the largest landholder on the server holding 6 kingships between them
H14 and their sister houses (H8/H18) declared war on H1/H16/H9/H19

H17 and their sister house (H15) joined on the side of H14 - not allies but fighting a mutual enemy

Some interesting turns

Former H5 players merged into 1 faction - Win The Fight (led by Sonoske) and joined H18 to fight against H9 brought two counties.

Fighters for America (led by Sir Nukem) flipped from H9 and joined H14 to fight against their previous house and brought a few counties and a kingship.

Factions that have dropped out of the war

Revenge (led by Growler) dropped from H19 and joined H20 - not sure if they are neutral
No Exit (led by Kenbad) dropped from H19 - not sure if they are neutral or just fighting without their colors
Stonewall Brigade formerly known as Gangs of New York (led by SirGreedy) - dropped H1 and disbanded

Pretty interesting so far

H14 has gained 21 counties so far in this war - some by factions flipping, joining their alliance but mainly through conquest.

What happened with House 17 . . . Kree Gorr happened :) He couldn't tolerate not being in charge and putting his personal needs above those of his House. His Vanguard faction and others were constantly undermining the previous House 17 leadership and eventually his faction organized a coup and kicked them out and declared them traitors. The irony is that Kree Gorr approached House 14 to have his Vanguard faction join House 14 a few days before (not just ally with House 14, but actually join the House so "he could win this world" in his words). His intent was to then attack H17 once he had House 14 behind him. The loyalty he is now asking people to have for Vanguard and House 17 seems very hypocritical as a result.

It is a shame as he destroyed one of the top remaining areas of power on this map . . . hopefully this world doesn't die a fast death now that so many top players are leaving for Europe to avoid being defeated.

Yeah I think age 1 is all but done now, kree Gor always seems to do what he wants when he wants regardless of what his house thinks, not a great team player from what I hear.

I had a feeling something was up from the start as H15 merged with H17, we were always working with H14, clearing there county for no reason, letting them keep land in the heart of our territory and such, apparently they were working with H14 from the start, or trying to.

It's unfortunate that just a hand full of players can successfully kill off a world. Can someone make a list of these dirt bags so we know who to avoid in future worlds.

I never said they were working with H14 from the start. That was not the case at all.

House 14 and House 17 and each of their allies were working together to combat the House 1 and House 9 alliance during the previous glory round. House 14 was giving glory to House 17 to win its first and second stars before House 17 fell apart. None of this was a secret or the least bit underhanded as your post implies.
