World 7. Which houses are at war?

If it's 3 houses (36 factions) vs 1 faction kind of seems unfair.

if it was just 1 v1 faction wise none your guys in h9 could take it. you just have a whole house support 10 vs 100. in terms of warriors or *. who will normally win. either way you doing it *
