I started on World2 today, on World1 about 10 days ago.
I am little disappointed that my premium account on World1 does not extend to World2 but I suppose I can live with it (no choice really).
Get a life, in fact play MMO's and get a few of them

Welcome to World 2 Tetley.

The Premium Token doesn't carry over but the cards, card points and crowns do.
