[Resolved] Getting another village

I have the right rank and research to get another village in my parrish, I have a captain and over 2000 gold according to the village I want to get it cost 1000g but when I click buy it states that I do not have enough gold. Is this a bug that needs to be fixed or is there a step that I am missing? :?
