Last I heard (from Merepatra), parish taxes are collected at around 6AM server time now.

It used to be exactly at midnight, its now a random time, seems to be sometime in the morning generally. I think it was changed to random to stop players spending every bit of gold they had at 11.59 just to avoid paying their tithe.

why has the ALE subject been diverted to TAXES ? ... Yes .. i am having the same problem. the inn refuses to use the stockpiled ale.
