Suggestion for game programmers

I play this game alot !!! However, I don't think the Interdict is a great feature, nor does it make logical sense ! Either a village is a holly village or not. You shouldn't be able to have interdict on, take it off for 20 seconds, launch an army attack, and then put it back on again. A bit like the timer on the abandon village feature, I think you should not be able to attack for 1 hour after interdict is removed, nor within 1 hour of a previous attack, a cool down period as it were.
