how do I stop the fireworks type thing on the map and how do I get access to my scouts and merchants and stuff like that.

The World has ended. Once a world ends we encourage players to jump straight into a new world. With the knowledge and experience you've gained, you will have a lot of fun rebuilding your villages, optimizing your research and making new friends. Cards, Cards Points and Premium tokens are available across all Worlds. All Worlds are separate, gameplay features such as research, rank are not copied across.
