Help/blocked?

Help/blocked?

I got an email today to join, so I did, and after downloading and about to load up world 9 it says my account was blocked to prevent potential misuse. I haven't played this game in many years and there is no misuse, can I please get it working asap and maybe some card packs or something for the trouble seeing as I am now falling behind.
