Admin is breaking their own rules

Admin will put your report into a spam folder if you report too many times for player's cheating. This is against Firefly policy. ALL players are allowed to make complaints, but if you make too many and bother admin?? You are ignored, even if you are CORRECT.

No tickets are ignored. Putting in multiple tickets about the same issue though will result in the extra tickets being rejected. Spamming Support does nothing except waste Support staff time.
