Real time battle animation and commands

The battle animation should be in real time when the attackers approach the castle and the players should be able to command the troops live and in real time. The troops should be able to move or change positions on command. For example, when the army of attackers are coming only from one side then I want to move troops on the other side of the castle's walls and towers so all the archers can through arrows at once.

It should be the same like in other stronghold games in which we can commands the troops in real time battle scenario. Thanks
