There are far too many racist players who only insult you.
I did report this via chat, but I have to say that such racist remarks are becoming more and more common. I'm not sure if a racist community has formed here ingame.

all PVP games are toxic now a days :/ sad

There are many good players in this game though and if you try to find a good group you will succeed. For now I just reccomend you block mail them as to not have to read it
After you try all the other MMO's , you keep coming back to SHK's
