Game interfaces issue

Hi team
I am facing issue for last 2 days. When i open game, it doesn't show any interface, not showing any buttons not any thing. Just villages. I can't go to village, castle or anywhere. Its not allowing me to do anything . I reinstall as well but same issue. Can someone plz help me ..

Please try clearing the cache and the internal memory of the application under the system settings on your device.
Be aware clearing the cache will remove a Lord Account and it won't be possible to get it back.
