Retrieving parish reinforcements from a village on app?

Well, unfortunately I’ve had to use the app for the last month and wow....it’s so woeful. Anyhoo...latest “Wtaf?” situation is how do you retrieve troops sent from a parish to a village? I’ve found the send function but the retrieve seems to be missing. Another FF “Sorry, too bad so sad” or am I just not looking hard enough? I can get onto PC and do it but it would be nice to know if there is a trick to it....also, pulling troops off castle walls. Is it really as tedious as choose 9, remove, choose 9, remove, choose 9, remove. I can’t find a trick to pulling them all off instantly. Trying to drag them all into groups to select and remove doesn’t seem to work for me.

Stupid app, I feel sorry for people who can only play via it.

how do you retrieve troops sent from a parish to a village?

This option is available via the Menu system. Select Units. Select Reinforcements. The Units are available to send them back to Parish. Select the Units and select Confirm.
