Bugs within game

U guys made an appearance at E3 this year, u would expect some sort of professionalism within the company yet there is only laziness and bugs in the game..........how do u guys manage to switch off abilities in the game ?

And how is it possible all the bugs and issues since last update have not been fixed and still have been ruining the experience of the game...

The engineering seems to be a little off in the new 10 game. Twice I was trying to add something with a card, and had more than enough room, but it told me I didn't have enough. One was a card for 20 bows, and now I have 4,000 wood and stone, 16,000 room and got 10,000 wood and stone from a quest and it is telling me I don't have enough room again...
