GUYS why bigpoint dosnt work anymore ???? how to access the game as long as bigpoint stopped ??

thanks for your answer we actually did exactly what you said but the reply was that we have to lging to be able to submit a ticket ! and here is the problem ! the login is only through the bigpoint and bigpoint not supporting this service anymore
