invalid security certificate

invalid security certificate
I keep getting the error message that this game uses an invalid security certificate. It tells me that it is because no issuer chain was provided. I do not use this as a mobile app, it's on my pc and I downloaded it from the windows store.

I've had the same problem putting the clock from your computer to 17/01/2019 made it work
