As we have pointed out in the past - screenshots can be faked - almost anything can be faked on the internet. Only Firefly knows with any certainty what messages people send to eachother in the game. Best to submit a ticket and leave it there.
There have been so many faked screenshots posted here that they are just not worth a cracker.
Neither is it wise to take any notice of players within the game sending you copies of supposed messages they have received - it can all be faked.
This whole world seems to full of fakery, lies and deception.
