Will there be a modification to allow me to download and play on my iPad? Currently have a 4th Generation iPad with Wi-Fi + Cellular. :x

blame Apple

they make older hardware obsolete so they can sell new stuff

ipad 4 is 32bit and Apple has decreed all new apps have to be 64 bit. With the next version of IOS ipad 4 will not be supported
