Similar thing happened to me. Won card packs off a wheel spin, went to open them then they disappeared and did not get any cards.

I made a ticket about a week ago and they haven't sent a response or given me the decks I should have earned from the wheelspin.

I would suggest giving them a nudge on your submitteed ticket.

I'm still missing crowns I bought 3 years ago. Also more recent about 20 card packs, and a few hundred card points from Wolf world. They say logout when you put in the support ticket a problem happened yesterday, and I've logged on and off several times.

If my memory serves me right I was told to contact my bank about any issue with payments for crowns that I had not recived. I would have had a recepit which I uploaded to the help system. But we are talking about 3 years ago, actually just getting a reply makes me feel a bit better.

The 20 missing card packs was from Return of the Wolf, wheel spins would give prizes. But as soon as you went to open the packs an error message would come up and say no such card pack type. I did put in a ticket about it, so did a lot of other people. I saw your responces to a few of those people Lord Friendly you fixed it for them. My ticket didn't get assigned to you I did respond to my message to reboot, but then never heard anything back.

Anyway I don't want to hijack the OP thread, my issues are like 6 weeks, and many years old so what ever it is sadly what it is.
