Well if someone stop playing give his account to someone else without letting anyone know the only thing will happen will be IP change so how would SHK know i really hope there would be away to know because a rouge in W2 tried to buy someones account to have a lot of of honor and FP for making trouble he was reported by the player

i know but i have seen people trying to buy account because of having FP and a lot of honor and the guy was a rouge

or if someone reports that X left the game but X account is still active then it will get looked into.

what if X account come back to play the game wouldn't be unfair for them ?
