Well the Parish Rest pretty much Decided W4 for H13, Gonna Steamroll EVERY glory round Age II is a joke on W4 there is noone from the old H9,10,7,6 who has the strength to rise up and fight back.
EDIT: DEV's Hows about you guys just Default H13 as the winner on W4 already
oh and with the doubled House Size everyone who probably COULD have rised up decided to Join H13 anyways

If you don't like to do something about it, join H12 and fight H13. Nothings going to change unless we make it change.
