Most I ever got was 355 pop but that was on a +30 day of sunshine the parish blessed to +50 special feast, all five food types and advanced bar keeping in play. I got 102k honor from it.

Highest Decorative score for us is 156.75. This is with a 30 score for the 5 popularity buildings. If you beat this score let us know because we have tried for ages to beat it.
