ALE RATIONS Counter no funktion

Have 28 ale in my stockpile... i hit 1x 2x 3x 4x nothing happend.. My people dont want any alcohol.. and i dont get any honor "THE COUNTER DONT WORK" HELP HELP

I had the same problem, you just need to turn all of them Off, then turn all of them On.
It works.
