[Noted] Steward Bug

Hey Im know Steward since yesterday and i have 2 Bugs at the same time.
first im Parish steward of Raunds with 15 votes and nobody else who coud do the job. the parish dont belong to me and my name dont stay wen you click the parish.
Second i dont have any building options i have flags and gold but i cant build anything!

and yes Im steward i know it because it stays at the info in raunds and im the onlyone with votes.

pls fix it
