This account has existed since 2011 and as such has been required to change the password upon your return to ensure continued security of the account. Following the reset password process should allow you to designate a new password and log in, however if you have lost access to your old signup email associated with the account you will need to follow our Account Recovery process.

Using the same email address in the account recovery process will not work, it needs to be a new email only you have access to. If you continue to have troubles logging, in please contact support by submitting a ticket at support.strongholdkingdoms.com using your in game login details. Alternatively, you can send an email to support ( at ) strongholdkingdoms.com who will be able to walk you though the process/help you out where things may be getting stuck! Thanks :)
