Did you tick the quest box so that it sits on the top of the page waiting to be completed?

If you have selected a quest as above and it's not letting you collect the reward after it's been completed, I would suggest you fill out a ticket to Support. They don't work weekends so it won't get looked at until Monday at earliest.
