Cards purchased with card points not received

I am new to try to resolve a game issue. If someone could point me in the right direction this would be appreciated:

I just purchased (without instantly playing them) three Research Breakthrough cards with card points. The cost was
debited from my card point balance, but the three cards did not show up in my cards once purchased.

Although this situation is disheartening to say the least, in a pay for play format, but what make it completely
untenable is the fact that they were three of the most expensive cards in the game.

Am I the only one that has experienced this, and is there a recourse where an admin can review the purchase, confirm
the cards were not received and rectify this for me?

Have you contacted support about this ?

I have looked into your account briefly and can see you brought two Research Breakthrough cards using card points yesterday and previous to them another on Sunday.
